Contractual Off-Spec Resolution Workflow
We do not publish unrealistic unconditional replacement guarantees. If variance is suspected between the approved PSS and arrival coffee, a verified contractual procedure applies:
Timely Notice
Buyer reports suspected variance within the contractual claim window specified in the sales contract.
Three-Point Verification
Compare approved sample/PSS, shipment QC record, and arrival sample to confirm material variance.
Contractual Remedy
Upon confirmed material agreed-spec variance, remedy follows contract: candidate replacement, credit note, or agreed resolution.
