EUDR Compliance & Polygon Traceability

Verified compliance architecture under the EU Deforestation Regulation (Regulation EU 2025/2650). We prepare parcel polygon geolocations and Due Diligence Statements (DDS) for European customs clearance.

Livello 1

1. General Regulatory Framework

Regulation (EU) 2025/2650 prohibits placing coffee in the EU market produced on deforested land after 31 Dec 2020. Requires parcel geolocation coordinates and legal compliance verification.

Livello 2

2. Pipali Supply Chain Readiness

GPS polygon mapping across partner farmer clusters in Dampit and Timor-Leste. Collecting land tenure records and satellite deforestation monitoring data for Due Diligence Statements.

Livello 3

3. Lot-Specific Compliance Status

We explicitly distinguish between export lots with verified EUDR documentation and lots designated for non-EU markets. Every commercial contract states exact lot readiness.

Regulatory Transparency Statement

Pipali does not publish blanket claims that all coffee is automatically compliant without documentation. EUDR compliance is certified on a lot-by-lot commercial basis through official polygon mapping submitted to the European Commission TRACES registry prior to vessel loading.
